How do I care for my jewellery?
All jewellery made by DreamStateJewels is handcrafted with 925 sterling silver, 999 fine silver, and semi-precious stones.
These pieces are made for everyday wear, but care should be taken to ensure they live their best life.
Avoid contact with moisturisers/lotions and chemicals such as perfumes or cleaning products.
Rinse off jewellery with clean running water if worn in the ocean.
Store jewellery away from moisture and sunlight, such as in the pouch/box you receive your piece in.
The best way to keep sterling silver jewellery from tarnishing is to wear it often. The natural oils from your skin and the friction from wear help to reduce tarnish.
If your piece does tarnish, use the polishing cloth provided with your order to gently rub away the tarnish, or use a soft bristled toothbrush with gentle soap to gently scrub it away.
Do you offers refunds or exchanges?
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please triple check your ring size before ordering with the ring sizing chart on our website.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, DreamStateJewels ships to most countries worldwide. Postage is a flat rate of $10aud within Australia, $20aud to New Zealand, and $35 everywhere else.
Do you make custom pieces?
